KOGNAASOWIN - PARENTING IN A GOOD WAY

The Aboriginal Early Childhood Development Program provides parenting education and support for families with children up to 6 years old. Aboriginal teachings play an important part in these services.

Sometimes families need help in coping with the stresses of everyday life. We offer a variety of programs to prevent problems from developing or to help stop existing problems from getting worse. It’s important to get help before a small problem turns into a major crisis.

We offer parenting groups, workshops, in-home support and family drop-in through the following services:

Aboriginal Ontario Early Years Centre

CAP-C – Community Action Program for Children

CPNP - Canadian Prenatal Nutrition Program

Ninoshe – Aboriginal Healthy Babies Healthy Children
